You can generate RBL credit card pin online or by calling up the customer care team. To generate online, you need to visit the official website where you can find Credit Card Pin Request Form. You will have to enter details such as 16-digit credit card number, card type i.e. Primary or Add-on, card expiry date, CVC number and date birth, you can send a request to the bank to generate your RBL bank credit card pin. You will have to follow a certain instruction as set by the bank.
You can call up the toll-free number of the bank and follow the instructions as mentioned below
• Enter your 16-digit credit card number
• You will then receive an OTP number
• You will be asked to re-enter your 16-digit credit card number
• Enter 4-digit number of your choice to generate TPIN
• Upon prompt, enter your OTP
• Your TPIN will now be generated, and it is ready for use
After generating TPIN, you can now follow the below instructions to personalise your credit card PIN
• Enter your 16-digit credit card number
• Enter your TPIN number
• Change your credit card PIN
• OTP will be triggered
• Enter CVV number of your credit card
• Enter expiry date
• Enter OTP
• Enter old credit card PIN
• Enter your new credit card PIN
• Your PIN is now changed
