  • Debit card: You can make credit card payments through debit card. Use the bank account of your choice.

  • Internet Banking For Users of IDFC FIRST Bank App You can make credit card bill payments quickly with efficient internet banking procedures in place. You can make credit card bill payments anytime from anywhere. You can use the IDFC Bank mobile app also to make the payment.

Here are the simple steps for bill payment via this mode

  • Log into your savings account
  • Choose and click the ‘Credit Cards’ section on the page
  • Register the card and select the card for the bill payment
  • Choose ‘Pay credit card bill’ after you login to internet banking
  • Enter the amount you want to pay
  • Click on the ‘Confirm’ tab to make the payment

To Enable Autopay

After choosing the card for bill payment:

  • Enable ‘Autopay future bills’ to register an auto debit instruction on your IDFC First Bank account.
  • You can also login to the mobile app and follow the above steps to automate payments.

  • Internet Banking - For Users of IDFC FIRST Bank Mobile Banking (Old) app
  • Old app users have to follow the same instructions as new IDFC FIRST Bank App Users. But, you cannot enable autopay instructions on the old app.

  • NEFT: Another way to transfer funds is to send money from your bank account to your credit card account. This may differ across banks though there is a standard procedure for it.

Key Steps for Fund Transfer Using NEFT

  • Log into your IDFC netbanking account.
  • Click on ‘FUNDS TRANSFER’ and select ‘NEFT’.
  • Next, choose the ‘Add Beneficiary’ option to add the beneficiary
  • Fill in your name, credit card number, bank name, and the IFSC code as given on the credit card.
  • Authenticate the details and proceed to pay
  • Enter the amount
  • Choose the bank account number from which you want to pay the bill.
  • Do OTP verification using the OTP sent to your mobile
  • Click on ’SUBMIT’ to make the credit card bill payment.

Here are the key steps to make payments through IMPS

  • Log into your mobile app or bank’s website
  • Click the ‘Funds transfer’ option and select the IMPS link
  • Next, enter the amount
  • Choose the bank account number via which you want to pay the credit card bill.
  • Get the OTP on your mobile.
  • Verify the OTP
  • Click on the ‘Submit’ tab to complete the credit card payment.
