I pulled myself out of debt by first accepting the reality of my financial situation. I listed every debt I owed—credit cards, personal loans, and EMIs—and prioritized them by interest rate. I created a strict monthly budget, cutting unnecessary expenses like dining out and subscriptions. I focused on paying off high-interest debt first while making minimum payments on others. I took up freelance work on weekends to increase my income and used every extra rupee to reduce my debt. I also avoided taking on any new debt during this time. Slowly, with consistency and discipline, I became debt-free.

Try to maintain a low credit utilisation ratio to get a good credit score and which will also help you get a better personal loan.
