You can now change/ update your registered mobile number with HDFC Bank in 3 ways.
Change Mobile number by submitting application at Branch:

  • You will have to physically visit a bank and fill in the required form to request for a change in your registered mobile number.

  • Once the bank receives your request, it will verify all your credentials and other information to initiate the process.

  • This process usually will take 5 to 7 working days for your new mobile number to get updated.

By visiting a HDFC Bank ATM Kiosk:

  • Visit a nearest HDFC Bank ATM Kiosk and insert your debit card.

  • Select the language that you would like to continue with, in this case select ‘English’.

  • Now click on the option ‘ Main Menu’.

  • This will direct you to the next screen which will display some more service options. From these options, you will have to click on ‘More Options’.

  • Now select the option ‘Update Registered Mobile No’.

  • Enter the new mobile number that you wish to update to click on ‘Confirm’ and re-enter the same mobile number and again click on ‘Confirm’.

  • Enter your PIN and your request will be processed immediately.

Please note that it will take 24 hours to 2 working days for the new number to get updated.
Login to HDFC Bank NetBanking:

  • Visit the official website of HDFC Bank and login to HDFC Bank Net Banking Page
  • Click on Update Email ID and Landline Number
  • Edit the number you want to change
  • Confirm the number by typing it once again
