You can now change/ update your registered mobile number with HDFC Bank in 3 ways.
Change Mobile number by submitting application at Branch:
You will have to physically visit a bank and fill in the required form to request for a change in your registered mobile number.
Once the bank receives your request, it will verify all your credentials and other information to initiate the process.
This process usually will take 5 to 7 working days for your new mobile number to get updated.
By visiting a HDFC Bank ATM Kiosk:
Visit a nearest HDFC Bank ATM Kiosk and insert your debit card.
Select the language that you would like to continue with, in this case select ‘English’.
Now click on the option ‘ Main Menu’.
This will direct you to the next screen which will display some more service options. From these options, you will have to click on ‘More Options’.
Now select the option ‘Update Registered Mobile No’.
Enter the new mobile number that you wish to update to click on ‘Confirm’ and re-enter the same mobile number and again click on ‘Confirm’.
Enter your PIN and your request will be processed immediately.
Please note that it will take 24 hours to 2 working days for the new number to get updated.
Login to HDFC Bank NetBanking:
- Visit the official website of HDFC Bank and login to HDFC Bank Net Banking Page
- Click on Update Email ID and Landline Number
- Edit the number you want to change
- Confirm the number by typing it once again
