- SBI has a portal for customers to apply for credit cards and track their applications for credit cards.
- There are two ways in which you can get the online status- one is with the application number and the other without. So, those who do not have the application number handy can also get the status of their card with the other option available.
Steps to Track The Credit Card Application Status Online
Step 1: Go to https://www.sbicard.com and click on the ‘Credit Cards’ tab on the navigation bar
Step 2: Scroll down the page to see the “Track Application” option, clicking on which will take you to the details section.
Step 3: Go to https://www.sbicard.com/en/eapply.page
Step 4: Once you reach the eapply section of the page, you can view two options – Track application and retrieve application
Step 5: Fill the ‘Track Application’ section with your application number and fill ‘Retrieve Application’ when you don’t have it at hand.
Step 6: You have to enter the application number and click ‘Track’ for the first option.
Step 7: The second option, Retrieve Application, will ask for your date of birth and PAN Card number. Enter the same and click Retrieve.
Step 8: You will get the status as soon as you click the buttons. It could be either in progress, approved, on-hold, dispatched, or disapproved.
