Step 1: Visit the TANGEDCO official website

Step 2: Scroll down and click on ‘Pay online’ under Online Payment Services’ on the main page.

Step 3: You will be taken to a new separate page.

Step 4: Input your login credentials - username and password.

Step 5: Enter the text given.

Step 6: Click on ‘Login’. You will enter the portal.

Step 7: Once you enter the portal, you will be able to see your bill.

Step 2: Give permission to the app to make and manage phone calls and have access to your photos, media, and files on your phone.

Step 3: Login using your credentials - Username and password. Then click on 'Login'.

Step 4: Enter a 4 digit number as PIN. Confirm it in the next step.

Step 5: Once you are logged in, update your profile by providing the required information

Step 6: Post profile updation, visit the home screen page on the app.

How to Update The Mobile Number For The Tangedco Electricity Connection?

• Either the owner of the service or occupant at the premises can update the mobile number.
• The service connection owner should upload the ID proof for mobile number updation. Once the Area Engineer confirms, the mobile number will be updated in the records.
• If the service connection owner is the occupant at the premises, he should select ‘Owner cum Occupant mobile number’ updation.
• If the occupant is at the premises, the OTP will be sent to the owner’s and occupant’s mobile for updation. When both of them have validated, the mobile number will be updated in the records.
• If the owner’s number is either invalid or not available, the occupant cannot update their number until the mobile number of the owner is updated.
