No, we cannot link two mobile numbers to a bank account. Initially, when you are required to fill up the registration form, there is an option to add two phone numbers. Generally the system was designed to add one landline number and one mobile number. So yes two phone numbers can be added but only one mobile number can be linked to the bank account. But if you want to receive SMS alerts and OTP in both the phones then that is not possible. According to the bank guidelines only one number, the first one, gets the alert messages and OTP. So, currently this type of service is not available.
