You can check the outstanding balance of your two-wheeler loan account on your loan statement, through internet banking. You can login to ICICI Bank’s official website with your User ID and password → Main Page → My Accounts → Select Loans → View Repayment Schedule → Your outstanding balance will be displayed.
You can also call customer care from your registered mobile number or also visit the nearest ICICI Bank Asset Servicing Branch along with your valid ID proof. Through internet banking, you can also make a request for No Due Certificate (NDC) for your two-wheeler loan.Login to ICICI Bank’s official website with your User ID and Password → Main Page → Customer Service → Service Requests → Service Request search → Product → Select Consumer Loan Related → Request for NOC/NDC Normal Maturity CL.
