App: Mobikwik app can be downloaded from the iOS apple store, Android Play store and also Windows store. Any smartphone which supports either of the three app platforms can have access to the Mobikwik app. You can use this app for payments such as mobile or DTH recharges, utility bill payments, insurance premium payments, online shopping and even payment to offline merchants. The app also allows users to transfer money to any other Mobikwik wallets or bank accounts.

Web Interface: One can also use the web user interface of Mobikwik to make the most of the above-mentioned services. You can log in to the Mobikwik account through its website. As a first step, enter your registered mobile number.  An OTP (One Time Password) is sent to your mobile number and after entering this OTP, you can log in to your e-wallet account. Steps to Add Money to MobiKwik Wallet

Debit/Credit card: You can easily add money to your Mobikwik wallet by entering details like your card number, respective expiry date, correct CVV number and the pin/password or OTP of your card. Usage Limits of the App

Wallet limits: Any KYC verified user can have a top-up maximum of Rs. 1 lakh every month in the wallet. A wallet user who is non-upgraded can add up a maximum of Rs. 20,000 per month.

Transfer from wallet to the merchant: Merchant transfers of maximum Rs. 20,000 are permitted per Mobikwik user wallet each month. This limit is subject to change as per the decision of MobiKwik authorities to ensure that the app is protected from fraud.

Transfer from one wallet to another: Users can transfer a maximum of Rs. 4,000 for each transaction and a maximum of Rs. 10,000 per month to a different Mobikwik wallet. There is also a limit on the total number of transactions and 5 are allowed per day. 25 transactions are allowed in a month.

Transfer from wallet to the bank: A transfer up to maximum Rs. 1,000 per transaction is allowed from Mobikwik wallet to a bank account. This limit can be modified by upgrading the wallet account and doing the KYC verification. (For KYC verification, you need to enter your Aadhaar number, if your number registered as per Aadhaar and number in Mobikwik wallet are the same)

Limit per transaction: For every transaction, the limit is capped as per the available wallet balance in each Mobikwik account.
