Login to your CASHe account's Settings page on your mobile app.
- Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click the "Delete Account" button.
- Enter your password and then select "Delete Account."
- Your account and all of your data will be permanently deleted.
How do I delete the CASHe account?
Please send an email to help@cashe.co.in with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include your registered email address in the body of the email to delete your CASHe account. The support team will delete your account and send you a confirmation email.
Can we close the CASHe loan ahead of time?
Yes, you can close your CASHe Instant personal loan early. Interest payments, on the other hand, are deducted at the time of disbursement and will not be reduced or reimbursed in such cases.
Why am I unable to close my CASHe App account?
There could be several reasons why you are unable to close your CASHe App account. One reason could be that you have an unpaid balance on your account. If this is the case, you must first pay off the balance or transfer it to another account before closing your CASHe account. You may also be unable to close your account if you have a pending transaction.
