You can manage your SBI Credit Cards through the ‘SBI Card’ app or the ‘SBI YONO’ app. Both these apps are available for Android and iOS mobile phones. After you've downloaded the app and registered with your card information, go to the 'Service Requests' tab and follow the steps below.

  2. To generate a PIN, select option '6.'
  3. Enter the 16-digit SBI card number, DOB in the format DD MM YYYY, and card expiration date in the format MM YY.
  4. Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your registered mobile phone number or email address.
  5. Select a 4-digit PIN number and confirm it.
  6. Once the PIN is successfully updated, the IVR will give you a confirmation message.
