Oriental Bank of Commerce - SBI Gold and More Card enables the cardholder to save smart, live smart and get the power of reward points. There are powerful features and a Shop and Smile program that rewards you with reward points which can be redeemed against any outstanding balances or for gift and gift vouchers from the reward catalogue.

1. Whenever you pay Rs. 100 from your credit card, you will earn 1 reward point.
2. You can get up to 2.5% value back (10 reward points on every Rs. 100 spent) for every purchase you make on departmental and grocery shopping, while using your Oriental Bank of Commerce – SBI Gold and More Card. This can be achieved through accelerated credit points where fuel, cash and balance transfer transactions are not included under the reward point program.
3. Reward points can be of Normal Category Spends and Accelerated Category spends(10X):

1. Normal category spends: If Rs.60,000 is being spent then 600 reward points are rewarded.

Reward points = (60,000/100) = 600, you need to spend Rs. 100 to get 1 reward point.

2. Accelerated category spends: If 60,000 is being spent then 6000 reward points are rewarded.

Reward points = 10*(60,000/100) =6000, with ever Rs.100 spent, 1 reward point will be acquired and that will be valued to 10 times of the original value.

3. A maximum of 40,000 cash points can be earned in 5X category and reward points are not applicable for fuel transactions.

How to redeem your Reward Points?

1. You can login to SBI’s official website to redeem your reward points for selected items from the Shop and Smile rewards catalogue.
2. There is an SBI Card App that enables you to select rewards from the main menu to redeem your reward points for gifts or vouchers available in the reward catalogue.
3. An SBI card helpline will be able to resolve your problems and answer your enquiries. The number can be found on the official website.
4. The reward points acquired can only be redeemed in the multiple of 2,000 points.
5. There cannot be any exchange of reward points for money or for other cash advances.
6. You can get 10X reward points on online spends with exclusive partners and 5X reward points on all other online spends.
7. The gift will be delivered to you within 15 business days from the date of redemption request.
8. Gift vouchers are delivered between 3 to 10 working days.

Step 1. To view the catalogue, go to SBI’s official website. On the rewards page, you will be asked to select the card you’re using.

Step 2. Then you’ll be asked to select the range between which you would want to redeem your points for.

Step 3. Then you’ll be asked to select your city and the category of items you want to browse through.

Step 4. You also have the option of sorting the items in ascending order or descending order of reward points and there are over 400 items.
