About IndusInd Bank Credit Card Reward Points
If you own an IndusInd credit card, you are eligible to earn IndusInd Bank reward points on using it for various transactions. You will need to register yourself in the Indus Moments program to start earning reward points. This can be done by clicking on the “Register” icon on their website and fill in basic details. Once you have enrolled as a member of the loyalty program, you can earn reward from IndusInd Bank by simply using the card for your purchases.
Indus Moments also runs an online store wherein you can shop as well as earn IndusInd bank reward points for the same transactions. You can use a combination of the reward points and the card to buy a product of your choice.

Earning Reward Points
Weekday spends: Rs 100 spent = 1 reward point
Weekend spends: Rs 100 spent = 2 reward points
Transactions will be classified as weekday/weekend as per transaction date and will reflect in your credit card account accordingly. ‘Transaction date’ is defined as the date on which you swipe your card for a particular transaction.
Transactions made on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday are termed as weekday transactions
Transactions made on Saturday and Sunday are termed as weekend transactions

Consumer durables -2 savings points
Restaurant bills – 1.5 savings points

IndusInd bank credit card holders are not bound to participate in the offers available at Indus Moments. This is completely voluntary.
Delinquent and over limit cardholders will be disqualified.
The offer is valid only on online transactions.
No two offers can be availed at the same time.
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or varied.
The products will be delivered to the address provided by the Cardholder at the time of making the purchase irrespective to the registered mailing address of the Cardholder.
Usage of Gift Vouchers purchased / redeemed at Indus Moments will be governed by the Terms and Conditions of the issuer of such Gift Vouchers.

IBL does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided at Indus Moments.
Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the IBL Credit Cardholder due to provision of the Offer, shall be levied to the account of the IBL Cardholder.
All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Indus Moments directly without any reference to IBL. The same shall be addressed by Indus Moments.
The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
IBL / Indus Moments reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms and Conditions or to replace wholly or in part, the above offer by another offer, whether similar to above offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
Refund Policy: In the event of any defect found in goods, the Customer shall be required to call 'Indus Moments' call centre within 48 hours of the products delivered. However, in case of failure to do so, the product shall be considered as used and your request shall stand as rejected. In case of exchange/ return of product, all the cost of courier or any charges would be borne by the Customer. However if the product needs replacement due to defect or transit damage the courier charges would be borne by "Indus Moments". Replacement will be done in such cases within 15 days and refund is only if replacement is not possible. The refund policy is only applicable to cash-only transactions. For redemption and redemption + shopping it will be the replacement of the product.
1. How do I shop?
To know your accumulated reward points on your credit card, please call the IndusInd Bank helpline at 1860 267 7777. Once you know your accumulated reward points that are available for redemption, you can proceed by clicking on any of the 2 tabs on the home page i.e. Redemption or Redemption + Shopping (only available for credit card).
If you select the option - Redemption, you can redeem your reward points for the products available across categories.
If you select - Redemption + Shopping, you can shop by redeeming your accumulated reward points & pay for the differential amount using your IndusInd Bank Credit Cards.
2. If I don’t like the product that has been ordered through redemption, can I return it and get my rewards back?
No. Reward points once claimed cannot be reversed.
3. If the product chosen by me is not available, will my reward points get credited back?
Yes, in case the product is not available, then your reward points will be credited back into your account.
4. What are the timings of the Indus Moments call centre?
