  • Applicants must furnish Identity Proof which must be issued by the government of India. Some of the proofs that are considered include passport, driving license, Aadhaar card, voters ID, and ration card.
  • For proof of income, one must submit the previous 3 month’s salary slip or bank statement of the previous 3 months.
  • As address proof, one can furnish Electricity Bill (latest available or prior month), latest available phone bill, driving license, rental agreement, maintenance bill of house, bank statement, passport copy, PAN card.

  • A bonus of nearly 500 reward points can be earned on paying the renewal fee
  • 500 points can be earned as rewards upon payment of annual fees.
