The net banking facility of IOB can be availed by all the existing account holders of the bank like savings/current bank account holders, deposit/loan account holders, proprietary firms, corporate, societies/trusts, HUFs.
2. How can a person change or update his/her personal details like mobile number, address via net banking?
The person can login to the net banking account, go to the account information and update the mobile number or address or any other details there.
3. Is the net banking service available 24x7?
Yes. The net banking service of the bank is available 24x7 throughout the year at free of cost.
4. What can a person do if the net banking account is not activated even after submitting the application for net banking at the bank’s branch?

5. What can the user do in case he/she has forgotten the PIN?
The user has to submit a letter to the bank’s branch requesting to reset the PIN in case he/she has forgotten the same. The bank will generate a new PIN for the user’s net banking account and send the same via registered email of the user.
