Karnataka Bank ensures the safety and security of its net banking facility through

  • Two-factor authentication mode via One Time Password (OTP) through SMS/Email OTP on registered mobile number/email. Note: Either OTP or DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) are the only two-second factor authentication allowed across all types of transactions.
  • For adding a beneficiary, there is a cooling period of 30 minutes.

Resetting Karnataka Bank Net Banking Password

Follow the following steps for resetting your net banking password

  • Visit Karnataka Bank official net banking website
  • Select ‘Internet Banking’
  • Click “Personal/Corporate Banking’
  • Enter User Id and select ‘Forgot Password’ tab
  • Select mode for resetting the password (online/offline) and select the ‘Next’ tab
  • Online mode – Enter User ID and click ‘Continue’. Validate using OTP sent on the registered mobile number and reset your password with the required password credentials
  • Offline mode – Enter all required information like User Id, Request type, etc. Download and duly filled form and submit it at Karnataka Bank’s branch office.

Terms for Self-reset of Internet Banking Password

The below are required for self-reset of net banking password

  • Net Banking User ID, registered mobile number, Debit Card Number /ATM PIN
  • The account number should be linked to Debit Card
  • PAN pr DOB required for the account number and should be there in branch records
  • Mobile number should be registered with branch

1. Can a non-resident avail Karnataka Bank Net Banking Facility?

Yes, even a non-resident can avail of the facility. They have to download the Karnataka Bank Net Banking Form, fill in all the particulars and submit the same at the bank’s branch along with a copy of their passport.

2. Can I change my User ID and password?

The User Id once registered cannot be changed. However, one needs to keep changing their password on a regular basis for security reasons.

3. Is Karnataka Bank Net Banking Facility Free?

Yes, the service is free for all account holders of Karnataka Bank.

4. Why am I not able to login into Karnataka Bank Net Banking Facility?

User ID is not case sensitive but the password is. Key in both the particulars correctly and check whether you have a stable internet connection.
