This service is available free of charge to all its existing retail and corporate customers. The user will require a unique user id and a corresponding password set by them to access the net banking facility of the bank and avail its benefits.

How to register and login to Andhra Bank Net Banking

The registration process for retail and corporate customers is more or less the same. The user can log in to the Andhra bank net banking by firstly clicking on the website of the bank.

The link from personal banking takes the user to the link to register for internet banking for the first time or new users and a similar link in the corporate banking section takes the corporate users for registering to the net banking facility.

The user will be asked the following details which need to be duly filled to register for the net banking facility of the bank.

  • Customer Id
  • Access type (transaction Access/View Access)
  • The mobile number that is registered with the bank
  • The user may also check on the box which asks if the user has a valid and active Andhra Bank ATM Card
  • The user will then have to enter the verification code that is displayed on the screen and click on continue.
  • The user will then be able to generate a net banking PIN.
  • The net banking account of the user will then be created and the user id and the PIN generated can be used in order to login to the user’s net banking account.
  • The login process of net banking is also fairly simple. 
  • The user can log in to the net banking facility of the bank by clicking on the ‘Internet banking Login” link available on the right-hand corner of the website among other shortcuts.
  • The retail customers or corporate customers can click on the respective links available under the above link.
  • The user will have to submit the user id and the password generated from the above process.
  • The verification code also has to be entered that is displayed on the screen to authenticate the login process.
  • After entering all the details required the customer has to click on ‘login’.
  • Upon verification of all the details of the user will be given access to the net banking facility of the bank.

  • Users get the benefit of easy access to their accounts with the bank and can view/download or print the account statements as of and when required by them as well as get the same on their registered emails.
  • The transfers or receipt of funds within the bank or outside the bank can also be easily effected via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS mode offered by the bank without any hassles.
  • The user can also make many timely payments like tax payments (direct or indirect), recharge (DTH, Mobiles, etc.), utility payments (gas, electricity, water) without any delays or set up auto-debit as and when required in case of regular payments.

1. What is the prerequisite for opening a net banking account with the bank?

The net banking account can be opened by all the existing customers of the bank so the pre-requisite for opening a net banking account with Andhra Bank is having a savings/current account with any of the branches of the bank.

2. Will the user be required to generate a new user id and password for their Andhra Bank net banking account post its merger with Union Bank of India and Corporation Bank?

The existing net banking account holders of the bank can continue with the same user id and password even after its merger with Union bank of India and Corporation Bank.

3. Can a person open a Demat account via net banking?

Andhra Bank Net Banking now allows the user to open Demat accounts and manage them though the bank’s net banking portal.

4. How much time does it take to update a beneficiary to the net banking account?

The user can add a beneficiary to his/her net banking account authenticating it via an OTP to the registered mobile number which can be activated within 3 hours of adding the new beneficiary to the net banking account.

5. What is the cut off time for remittance through NEFT?

The cut off timings for transfer of funds through NEFT is stated below.

  • Monday to Saturday 8am -7pm
  • The NEFT facility of the bank is available on all days throughout the year except on 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month, Sundays and National Holidays.
