What is Netsecure?
Netsecure is a 2-way authentication system for additional account security on Net Banking. Every time you log in with your User ID and password, you will have to go through the second layer of authentication that is Netsecure.

Fund transfer is an important feature of Net Banking. It is also the most used feature. Axis Bank Net Banking allows the following types of fund transfers:
NEFT – Allows transferring funds from your Axis Bank account to any other bank account that is a part of this scheme
RTGS - Real-time gross settlement systems (RTGS) allows money transfer from one bank to another on a "real time" basis and "gross" basis.
IMPS – Immediate Payment Service allows the transfer and receiving funds via IMPS using the registered Mobile number and Mobile Money Identifier (MMID) or through Internet Banking.
Instant Money Transfer (Cash transfer, cardless withdrawal) - is an innovative domestic service from Axis Bank that allows you to send cash to a receiver by mentioning the receiver's mobile number and issuing an IMT. The Receiver need not have a bank account and can make a cardless withdrawal, from any ATM of the banks empanelled.
Visa Money Transfer – This system allows you to pay bills of a Visa Credit Card issued by any bank, or transfer money to a beneficiary's bank account using the Visa Debit Card number.
ECS – Electronic Clearing Service - This facilitates paperless credit / debit transactions directly linked to your account and also provides for a faster method of effecting periodic and repetitive payments.

1. What is the daily transaction limit for Fund Transfers?
The default daily transaction limit is set at Rs. 5 Lakh. Since there is no maximum limit for Funds Transfer, you can enhance your daily limit up to 50 lakhs through the Internet Banking. You can place a request for increasing the limit beyond Rs. 50 lacs and the same is processed on a case to case basis.
2. Is Fund Transfer facility available to Non-Resident Indians?
Yes, Fund Transfer facility is available to Non-Resident Indians also. Funds can be transferred from a NRE account to another NRE / NRO / Resident account. Similarly, funds can be transferred from a NRO account to another NRO / Resident account. However, funds transfer is not possible from resident accounts to NRE accounts.
3. Are there any charges for Fund Transfers?
Yes, charges are applicable based on the type of transfer. You will see the charges applicable prior to submitting the fund transfer request.
4. What is an IFSC code?
The Indian Financial System Code (IFSC) is an RBI issued code which is being used in the NEFT system to identify recipient bank branches. It is essential to mention the IFSC code of the recipient’s bank branch where you want your funds to be transferred to. The IFSC can be found on the cheque book below your account number.
5. Is online Bill Pay secure?
Axis Bank's Net Banking uses a 128 bit SSL encryption for transacting on the net. All online Bill Pay sessions are encrypted within the banking server and provide you with the highest safety level while conducting your transactions.
6. How many billers can I register to pay using this facility?
There are no restrictions on the number of billers that you can register under the Pay Bills option provided in Internet Banking.
7. How do I get my Login ID?
Your login ID is the same as the Customer ID. You can find it on your welcome letter & in the cheque book that is mailed to you. You can also send an SMS “CUSTID account no.” to 5676782 from your registered mobile number to get your Login/ customer ID. NRI customers can also obtain their customer ID by sending an SMS “CUSTID AccountNumber” to +919717000002.
