What is the process to apply for a Citibank Rewards Credit Card?

You can apply for the card by logging on to Citibank Online. 

  • On the online application form, you will be required to enter your contact details, personal information like name, date of birth, nationality, PAN number etc.
  • Then you have to enter your professional information relating to your job or business.
  • The third part is your address information. 
  • Once you have submitted all the required information, your application will be taken up for processing.
  • An authorized representative will contact you in the next 2-3 days to collect the documents proofs.
  • The review of duly submitted applications will take 7 working days. Upon approval, the credit card and the welcome kit will be delivered to your mailing address.

Credit Limit means the maximum amount of credit available on your Citi Rewards Credit Card.

2. What is the cash limit?

Cash limit is the maximum cash you can withdraw from your Citi Rewards Credit Card.

3. What is a billing date/cycle and due date?

Your credit card billing date is the date on which your monthly statement is generated. The due date is the date by which payment has to be made to avoid late payment charges or other penalties. The billing date and payment due date are mentioned on your credit card statement. You can also find it on your online login. The billing date and payment due date cannot be changed.

4. How can I make payment for my Citi Rewards Credit Card?

Citibank offers various options to make your credit card bill payment:
