Home loan is offered to individuals who wish to construct or buy a house. In case you are still not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may email or write your grievance to the Principal Nodal officer. You should get a response within 10 days else you can escalate the issue with the Banking Ombudsman appointed by the Reserve Bank of India.
