Like every other bank, Bank of Maharashtra has a grievance redressal mechanism to deal with customer’s grievance on various services. The follows a step by procedure to handle all the grievances.

Step 1: Branches

You can just walk into any branch of Bank of Maharashtra and raise your grievance and get it redressed. There are complaint box and form available at the branches for you to fill in an and raise your concerns. You will be receiving a feedback within a week.

Step 2: Regional Office

If the bank is not able to provide you a solution with its internal grievance redressal procedure, you can escalate the issue with the Banking ombudsman appointed by the Reserve Bank of India.
