Step 1 – Queries, Request or Complaint Redressal

Step 2 – Write to the Nodal Officer
While Axis Bank aims to address your issue at Step 1 itself, if there is some further issue, it can be resolved at Step 2. If you are not satisfied with the response offered by the Customer Support team, you can write to the Nodal Officer. This can be done by filling out a form on the website and submitting it online. The earlier generated Service Request Number needs to be kept handy. You can also download the form, fill it up and send it to the address mentioned on the form. The bank aims at resolving your issue within 10 days’ time.

Step 3 – Write to the Principal Nodal Officer
If you are unhappy with the response offered at Step 2, you can further escalate the matter by writing to the Principal Nodal Officer (PNO). A PNO is appointed as per the RBI guidelines and Banking Ombudsman Scheme to address grievances. You can write to the PNO by filling out a form available on the website with your service request number. Alternatively, an email can also be sent. The bank has defined a turnaround time of 10 days for a response.
