Visit Axis Bank Loan Centre: Axis Bank has set up many loan centres across locations. You can visit the nearest loan centre to collect information or submit an application or clarify issues of your loan. The nearest loan centre can be found on the website through the locator.

Axis Bank follows a structured process with regard to home loan applications. It is a convenient and hassle free way to get a home loan. First step is to meet with an Axis Bank Loan executive. You can submit all required documents along with the application form to the bank executive. The bank takes 5 days to process the documents. Thereafter, you will receive a loan sanction information. The property documents need to be submitted. This is reviewed by the Axis Bank Legal and Technical team. A confirmation approval of the loan is then received and the loan gets disbursed.
It is important to note that you must check your home loan eligibility before applying for a home loan. This can be done on the bank website itself or CreditMantri website. Checking for your eligibility avoids any possible rejections and other hassles in the entire loan application process. You can also get an estimate of the loan amount by using the EMI calculator for home loans on the website.
Axis Bank is a customer friendly organisation and therefore, has laid out the process for Grievance Redressal for customers and non-customers.
Step 1 – Queries, Request or Complaint Redressal
You can get some immediate answers to your queries by visiting the ‘Get Support’ section of the bank website. If you are unable to get some answers, you can either call or write to the bank through www(dot)axisbank(dot)com(slash)support. A service request number is generated when you call or email the bank. This number needs to be kept for future records. You can know the status of your current complaint through 18004190068. The turnaround for resolving your issue is 10 days.
Step 2 – Write to the Nodal Officer
While Axis Bank aims to address your issue at Step 1 itself, if there is some further issue, it can be resolved at Step 2. If you are not satisfied with the response offered by the Customer Support team, you can write to the Nodal Officer. This can be done by filling out a form on the website and submitting it online. The earlier generated Service Request Number needs to be kept handy. You can also download the form, fill it up and send it to the address mentioned on the form. The bank aims at resolving your issue within 10 days’ time.
For branch related complaints, you can write to the Circle Nodal Officer which has been listed out on the website.
Step 3 – Write to the Principal Nodal Officer
If you are unhappy with the response offered at Step 2, you can further escalate the matter by writing to the Principal Nodal Officer (PNO). A PNO is appointed as per the RBI guidelines and Banking Ombudsman Scheme to address grievances. You can write to the PNO by filling out a form available on the website with your service request number. Alternatively, an email can also be sent. The bank has defined a turnaround time of 10 days for a response.
Step 4 – If the issue is still not resolved at Step 1, 2 or 3, the matter can be referred to the Banking Ombudsman’s office. The details are available on www(dot)axisbank(dot)com(slash)contact-us(slash)banking-ombudsman
