South Indian Bank Grievance Redressal Mechanism

South Indian Bank has a transparent grievance redressal mechanism whereby the customers can seek immediate solutions to their problems. Any issues related to home loan can be registered with the bank. The following are the steps that can be followed for grievance redressal procedure.

Step 1: The first thing you can do to resolve your query is to contact the nearby branch and register your complaint which will be responded quickly. You can go in person or call them up to get your queries clarified.

Step 2:The next step would be to contact the regional head to register your complaint. The details of the regional heads are available at the official website of the bank. You can also register the complaint online or download the complaint registration form and send it to the regional head. The grievance will be redressed in 10 working days.

Step 3:If you are unable to find any solution from the regional head, you can next escalate the issue with the Deputy General Manager, Customer Relations Department at Head Office. Your query will be answered within 10 working days.

Step 4: If your issue is still unresolved, you can contact the Principal Nodal officer to further escalate the matter. The grievance should be resolved at this stage. You can expect it to be sorted within 10 working days. If you do not get a quick response, you can then contact the banking ombudsman appointed by the Reserve Bank of India.

Eligibility Criteria for South Indian Bank Home Loan
