General query –
Retail Lending Division –
The bank enables the customers to submit their queries or request a call back regarding any products that they are interested in by submitting an online request for the same at a separate portal available at the bank’s website.

Corporation Bank has three levels of escalation within its system. The following are the levels of escalation available to the customer if he/she has to report any issue or raise any query.
Level 1 –
The primary level of escalation is where the customer raises the complaint or issue with the customer care of the Bank or at the Bank’s Branch to Branch Manager. The tracking id is generated at this point which has to be mentioned in all future correspondence. Customers can expect a response within 7 working days of filing the complaint or grievance.
Level 2 –
If the response received by the customer from the Branch Manager is unsatisfactory or if the response is not received in due time, such customer can contact the Customer Relation Officer at the Zonal Level. The response at this stage is to be received within15 working days of raising the complaint to the Zonal Level.
Level 3 –
The customer can further escalate the complaint/grievance to the Nodal Officer and the Chief Grievance Redressal Officer at the Head office as appointed by the Bank in this regard.
If after exhausting the above channels of addressing the issue, the customer has still not received a satisfactory response or the response is not received in due time, the customer can contact the Banking Ombudsman appointed by RBI.
