IDBI Bank Grievance Redressal Procedure

A unique complaint ID will be generated after registering your complaint through the above channels. In case you do not receive any response within 8 working days or the resolution provided through the above channel is not satisfactory, you can escalate the issue with Grievance Redressal Officer.

You will be receiving a response from the Grievance Redressal Officer within 13 working days. In case you not receive, you can escalate the issue to the next level using your complaint ID.

If you do not receive any response from the level 2 within 13 working days, you can contact the Chief Redressal Officer between 10AM to 6PM.

If your grievance is still not redressed, you can contact the banking ombudsman appointed by the Reserve Bank of India.
