For a pensioner above 75 years, the maximum loan amount disbursed is 18 month’s pension or Rs. 5,00,000, whichever is higher.
For a pensioner up to 75 years, the maximum loan amount disbursed is 12 month’s pension or Rs. 2,00,000, whichever is higher.
Apart from the above loans, Central Bank of India also provides loans to its NRI customers for any personal or business needs. The details of the same are available at the bank’s official website. The central bank of India has a separate portal for the customers to register their complaints online. They have categorized the complainants into 3 categories of customers for easy redressal process namely existing customers, new/walk-in customers, and pensioners. Customers can also check the status of their complaints online by quoting their complaint reference number generated at the initial stage of registering a complaint.
