If the issue is not resolved within the specific time frame, you can contact the local head office for escalation. It should be resolved within 5 working days at the local head office. If not resolved, you can escalate at the corporate centre to seek redressal. It should be redressed within 6 days of lodging the complaint. If the issue the is still not resolved, you can contact the banking ombudsman appointed by the Reserve Bank of India.
