SBI Bank Personal Loan

The largest lender in the country provides three types of personal loans. They are

SBI Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Contact the Branch:

You can just walk-in to the nearest branch and contact the executive or branch manager to register your complaint or grievances. You can also seek information related to personal loans and apply at once. The response will be quick, and the grievance will be resolved within 10 days. If the issue is not resolved within the specific time frame, you can contact the local head office for escalation. It should be resolved within 5 working days at the local head office. If not resolved, you can escalate at the corporate centre to seek redressal. It should be redressed within 6 days of lodging the complaint. If the issue the is still not resolved, you can contact the banking ombudsman appointed by the Reserve Bank of India.
