South Indian Bank Grievance Redressal Mechanism

South Indian Bank offers excellent customer care services across the board. Despite the best efforts of the bank, if customers come across any inconvenience, you can utilize the grievance redressal mechanism offered by the bank to resolve the problem at the earliest.

Level 1: Branch-level Complaint Registration

The first step of grievance redressal is to approach the branch manager directly. Customers can contact the respective branch manager of their home branch during working hours to file their complaints.

Level 2: Regional Head
