Complaints Grievances and Feedback

The customers can voice their complaints and grievances and also provide their valuable feedback in case of any issues that they face. There are three levels of escalation of the complaints raised by a customer.

  • At the initiation of the complaint, the matter is first referred to as the Branch Manager for immediate redressal.
  • The matter, if unresolved, is taken to the concerned Zonal head.
  • The matter, if still unresolved or the customer has not received a satisfactory response, is then referred to the Bank’s Principal Nodal Officer at the Head Office who is designated to deal with the customer’s complaints or grievances. The customer has to give complete details of the issue at hand for its redressal.

The customer can further contact the Chairman and Managing Director of the Bank in the case where all the above channels of grievance redressal have been exhausted yet the issue is unresolved or the customer has not received a satisfactory answer to his/her query. The aggrieved customer can further contact the following offices to address his unresolved issues if the reply from the Bank is unsatisfactory,

The Bank observes a “Customer’s Day” across all its branches on the 15th day of every month in order to provide a chance to the customers to address their complaints or grievances or give their feedback. If 15th is a holiday, the “Customer’s Day” is observed on the previous working day.
