LIC credit card service was started in November 2008 as a 100% subsidiary in partnership with Axis Bank. It offers four different credit cards with various benefits. These include LIC Gold Credit Card, LIC Titanium Credit Card, LIC Platinum Credit Card and LIC Signature Credit Card.

LIC credit card offers 24*7 customer care service. Cardholders can contact the customer care for any query related to the card, bills, stolen/damaged/lost card or any other product-related issue. LIC card’s customer care representative helps to resolve any card-related problem as soon as possible. Customers can contact the Grievance Redressal via the phone number, email or address, in case they face any issue or have any query related to the card.

Lic Credit Card Customer Care

LIC credit card’s toll-free number is 1800 233 1100. This is available 24/7, 365 days. Customers need to follow the instructions given by IVRS and it will connect them to a customer care representative who will help to resolve their issues and queries.

LIC Card Grievance Redressal

Customers can get their credit card related issues or grievances addressed and resolved through any of the following ways:

  • Send an email to customer care highlighting the issue.
  • Send an email to the Nodal Officer at the address given below.
  • Write to the Nodal Officer at the address given below.

In case a customer is not satisfied with the customer care service of the LIC card, he can escalate the query and write an email to the nodal officer at nodal[dot]officer[at]axisbank[dot]com.

After applying for a credit card, you will ideally receive an SMS from the bank acknowledging your credit card application with the reference number and application number.
