There are three levels in the bank’s grievance redressal set-up.:

Select an applicable option from the ‘complaint related to’ dropdown. Follow the same step for the ‘type of complaint’ dropdown.   • Level 3 – If one is not satisfied even with the Level 2 resolution offered by the Head- Phone Banking, he/she can directly reach out to the Principal Nodal Officer of ICICI Bank. Each of the levels may take up to 4 working days starting from the day of the complaint receipt to provide resolution to the customer.
