ICICI Credit Card Enquiries

In the case of Lost or Stolen Card: Please report the loss to a customer care officer by calling any of the numbers provided above if you find that your credit card has been stolen or lost. If you wish, during the same call itself, you can order a replacement credit card. You can also use the mobile application to block the card or visit your nearest branch to block the use of your card.

Additionally, by logging into your internet banking account, you can block your credit card.

In Case you find your card being blocked: If your card has been blocked, you will need to call the customer care center from your mobile number to order a replacement card. Make sure you call between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Within 5 business days of placing your order, the first delivery of your replacement card will be attempted.

Your card has not been received and it needs to be Re-Dispatched: If your card was returned to ICICI because it could not be delivered during the first attempt, you can request a re-shipping of your card by logging into your internet banking account or calling customer care on any of the numbers listed above.
