South India Bank Credit Card Grievance Redressal

In spite of a dedicated customer support team, the customer might come across a few feedbacks or complaints relating to the bank’s products. The bank encourages its customers to promptly report any such grievance to them in a timely manner. They have also set up a grievance redressal mechanism to provide quick and timely resolution. You can contact the Branch Manager either by phone, e-mail or in person, to get your grievance redressal on the same day at the branch level. If your complaint is not redressed on the same day at the branch level, you can follow the steps below:

Level 1 – Register your case with the Regional Head: You can do this online as well write to them regarding your grievance. Within 3 days, you will receive an acknowledgment and your complaint will be remedied within 10 working days from the date the complaint is received.

You can register your grievance online with the Regional Head Grievance Registration with Regional Head.

Level 2 – Escalation of complaint to the Nodal Officer at HO: If you are not pleased with the solution obtained from the Regional Head or have not received any response within 10 working days after the complaint has been lodged, you can communicate your complaint with the Deputy General Manager, Customer Relations Dept. You will receive an acknowledgment within 3 days and your complaint will be redressed within 10 working days, from the date of receipt of the complaint.

Stage 3 - Escalation of Complaint to Executive Vice President (Administration): If you are not happy with the DGM’s solution or have not received a response within 10 working days of escalating the complaint, you may further escalate the complaint to the Principal Nodal Officer. You can also lodge your case online for resolution.
