How To Check SBI Credit Card Balance Online?

Through Internet Banking

The bank allows credit card customers to have an online account through which they can monitor their SBI credit cards through SBI Card Online. Users with an online account with SBI Card will have a unique user ID and password that they can use to log in to their account. Follow the steps below to test your SBI Credit Card balance if you are an existing SBI online account holder.

Visit the SBI Card home page (www.sbicard.com). Click on ‘Login’ at the top right-hand corner of the page. Enter User ID and Password and click ‘Login’.

Once you have signed into your online account page of the SBI Card, you can find your credit card account overview. The overview contains outstanding card balance, credit limit, cash limit, and prior payment details. With details of the total credit limit and the total outstanding amounts, you can easily calculate the balance credit limit on your card.

How to Check SBI Credit Card Balance Through Customer Care IVR?

SBI credit card holders can also call the SBI helpline numbers to know the balance on your credit card.

Call the SBI helpline numbers at 1800 180 12901860 180 12901860 500 129039 02 02 02  (prefix local STD code).

On the IVR, select preferred language

Press option 1 for credit card related information

Press option 1 to enter card details including card number and date of birth when prompted

You can now listen to your account information including last payment amount, available credit limit, minimum amount due and other information

What to do in case of card theft? : In case your card has been lost or is stolen, please call 1800 180 1290 (toll-free) or 1860 180 1290 (tolled number) or dial 39 02 02 02 by prefixing your local STD code

  • This number will lead you to an IVR. Make sure you dial ' 2 ' to report a lost or stolen card.
  • Visit sbicard.com and click on ' Block Lost / Stolen Card ' if you want to block your card online.
  • Alternatively, from your registered phone number, you can also SMS BLOCK "the last four digits of the address" and send it to 5676791.

What to do in Case of My Card Being Blocked? : If your card has been blocked due to suspicious activity, you can unblock it by calling the customer service center.

If your card account has been permanently closed but you want to re-activate it, you can do that by calling the customer service center. This must, however, be done within 3 months of blocking your card. You will need to apply for a new card if you want to reactivate your card post during this period.

In Case of Over Utilisation of Your Card: If the credit limit on your card has been exhausted, your card may be blocked. To unblock it, make immediate payment and bring down the amount owed on your card below the credit limit. If there is an error, you can call the customer care hotline.
