There is no separate customer care number available for credit or debit card related queries. The customers can call on the toll-free number available to address any queries pertaining to the credit card or debit card like reward redemption, latest transaction details, changing a PIN or forgot PIN, etc. The customers can also contact the bank in case of loss or theft or misuse of the card.

Dhanlaxmi Bank has a missed call facility that is available for all its customers to ensure faster and hassle-free services are provided to its customers. A. The ATM/Debit Card gets locked after 3 failed attempts of entering the ATM PIN. The same will be automatically unlocked after 24 hours of such an event.

2. Can an NRI having an active ATM card generate Internet Banking password online?

A. An NRI customer should compulsorily have an active ATM card to avail such service.

3. What is the time limit for the OTP to be acceptable?

A. the customer should use the OTP within 4 minutes of its generation otherwise a fresh OTP will have to be generated.

4. How many times is the generation of password or changing of ATM PIN allowed in a day?

A. The customer does not have to face any restriction of limit in generation of passwords or changing ATM PIN in a day.

5. Can the Debit cards be issued to partnership firms, companies or trusts, etc.?

A. as per the eligibility policy of the Bank, Debit Cards cannot be issues to partnership firms or companies or trusts.
