  • CALL: Contact their 24/7 customer care center by calling on 1800 425 00000
  • SMS: Type "BLOCK CC" and send this SMS to 56767 via your registered mobile number.

Indian Bank Credit Card Grievances Redressal

The grievance redressal mechanism at Indian Bank is very easy to follow and it helps in addressing customer’s grievances. If a customer wants to raise a complaint, he can do so by following the escalation matrix put in place.

  • Level 1: Contact the customer care centre or the branch manager to have the concerns addressed.
