Grievance Redressal

Corporation Bank has three levels of escalation within its system. The following are the levels of escalation available to the customer if he/she has to report any issue or raise any query.

  • Level 1 – The first level of escalation is the primary level of escalation herein the customer raises the complaint or issue with the customer care of the Bank or at the Bank’s Branch to Branch Manager. The tracking id is generated at this point which has to be quoted at all future interactions.
  • Level 2 – If the response received by the customer from the Branch Manager is unsatisfactory or if the response is not received in due time, the customer can contact the Customer Relation Officer at the Zonal Level.
  • Level 3 –The customer can further take the complaint to the Nodal Officer at the Head office as appointed by the Bank in this regard.

A. The cash withdrawal limit on the Corporation Bank credit Cards is, For Gold Cards - 20% of the credit limit, For Platinum Cards – 30% of the credit limit, For Signature Cards – 40% of the credit limit

A. the customer can get add on cards for his/her immediate family members provided they are above 18 years of age. The limit of such add on cards is 3.

A. the customer can register his/her email id and the mobile number to avail and subscribe to such facility. The hard copy of the credit card statement in such case will not be sent to the registered address of the customer.

4. What are the eligibility conditions for applying for a Corporation bank credit Card?

A. the customer should be a citizen of India or a person of Indian Origin between the ages 18 – 70 having an account with the bank as well as a valid PAN number and valid mobile number. Besides this the Bank also considers the income of the applicant.
