In case of loss / theft of your Credit/Debit Card, you can immediately call the IDBI Bank Card Customer Care no. and report it at the at the numbers mentioned below. It is important to report immediately to help avoid any misuse or fraudulent transactions through your Card.
You can block your debit or credit cards, you can call IDBI Bank’s 24-hour emergency help line number 1800 22 6999.
You can block your Debit card just by sending an SMS. The format to be followed for the SMS to be sent is
SMS BLOCK <Customer ID> <Card Number> to 5676777
If you do not remember the card number, you can use the following format

If you are overseas and wish to talk to a customer care representative in the event of any emergency like a lost card or any foreign currency-related query, you could contact (+91-22) 6693 7000 from wherever you are overseas. Call charges are applicable.
The bank provides a separate link on its website in case of any grievances, complaints or queries related to credit cards.
For processing the grievance, the IDBI bank requests their customers to give the complete details of name, credit card number, contact details such as telephone and email, reference number of transaction and complaint ID etc.
If you have a grievance you wish to file, you can do so in any of the following ways:
Level 1: By Calling or Writing
The first and best way for the IDBI credit card customer to raise the grievance is to call or write to the bank. you can contact the bank’s customer care executive by the calling the 24X7 customer care toll-free number 1800 425 7600 or non-toll-free number +91-022 - 4042 6013.

A unique complaint ID will be generated after registering your complaint through the above channels. You will be receiving a response from the bank within 8 working days. If your grievance is still not resolved, you can go for the next level of contacting the Head of credit cards.
Level 2: Contacting the Grievance Redressal Officer
In case you do not receive any response within 8 working days or the resolution provided through the above channel is not satisfactory, you can escalate the issue with Grievance Redressal Officer. Ensure that you quote your Complaint ID while approaching the concerned person. You can contact the Head - Credit Cards between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday to Friday and between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday. Following are the details:
You will be receiving a response from the Grievance Redressal Officer within 13 working days. In case you not receive, you can escalate the issue to the next level using your complaint ID.
Level 3: Chief Redressal Officer
If you do not receive any response from the level 2 within 13 working days, you can contact the Chief Redressal Officer between 10AM to 6PM.
If your grievance is still not redressed, you can contact the banking ombudsman appointed by the Reserve Bank of India to escalate the issue.
