IDBI Bank Credit Card Grievances Redressal

IDBI bank has a grievance redressal mechanism along with an escalation matrix to help in ensuring that the customer’s queries or concerns are addressed in the best manner.

Here’s the escalation matrix to follow to have your concerns addressed:

  • Level 1 - Call the customer care center, visit the branch, send an email, or write to the bank. Whichever method one uses, it is important to mention the below details:
    • Full name.
    • Credit card number.
    • Contact details. This can include (but is not limited to) the customer's phone number, address, email, etc.
    • If the complaint is with respect to a transaction, one will also need to provide the reference number for the transaction.
  • Level 2 - If a customer does not receive a response within 8 business days from the date of filing of a complaint, or the response is given is unsatisfactory, a customer can escalate the complaint to the Grievance Redressal Officer. Customers can contact the Grievance Redressal Officer on all business days from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
