4) Grievance Process Flow

For registering the complaint, one can download the complaint form from the official website of Andhra Bank. The duly filled up complaint form needs to be submitted to the concerned bank branch. The branch is expected to resolve the matter fairly. If you are not satisfied with the response, the issue can be escalated to the Zonal office.
