  • Demat and Loan Against Securities Account Services: These services are available between 8:30 a.m to 5:30 p.m from Monday to Saturday (This facility is not available on bank holidays, Sundays and 2nd & 4th Saturdays)
  • Mutual Fund or Investment Services Account related Services: These services are available between 9:30 a.m to 6:30 p.m from Monday to Saturday. (This facility is not available on 2nd & 4th Saturdays, all Sundays and Bank Holiday).
  • Complaints – ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​To report a complaint without validating, customers can call on the bank’s Toll-Free number 1860 267 6161 (only for India). This service is available only between 8.00 a.m to 8.00 p.m on all days.
