What are the services that can be availed by calling the customer care number?
Note that all services, except loans, are available 24 x 7, 365 days of the year. Enquiries on various loan products can be made from 9 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday, except on national holidays.
On calling the customer care number, you will reach the IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System) of Citibank and you can choose your preferred transaction by inputting the corresponding numbers.
Existing customers of Citibank can send an email to the customer care team by logging into their internet banking account. Level 1 – Customer Service Team
