Union Bank of India has launched its 24x7x365 uninterrupted banking service to its customers through its dedicated Call Centre. The Bank is now just a call away from the general public and its customers in particular. As the primary of the communication networks, the Call Center will provide banking facilities by Interactive Voice Response (IVR) as well as a human interface by linking the customer to the executives of the Call Centre. Calls can be taken by the IVR in 7 Regional languages (Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu) besides Hindi and English.

The IVR also makes it easier for the consumer to hotlist their credit cards, seed their Aadhar number, stop check payment, etc. without talking to the executive of customer care. The caller can transfer to an agent at any time during the call for any details on Banks products and services, to submit any requests for service, or to file any complaint.
