For all financial transactions, Government interactions and other legal services, Aadhaar Card holds a dominant and trustworthy position amongst all other documents. Mailing a hard copy of your written feedback can be done through post to UIDAI. The grievance/complaint letter is observed and sent to the concerned Regional Office. This can be done only after the approval of the Deputy Director who is also the Public Grievance Officer at UIDAI. The concerned Regional Office closes the grievance matter by directly communicating with the complainant. Any interim responses that are required are handed by the regional office.
