  • Booking a refill

To complete the registration process, customers have to click on “new registration or new user” tab and then provide basic details like name, address, type of connection, mobile number, etc. The OTP sent on the mobile number provided has to be submitted to complete the registration process along with the captcha code displayed on the screen. The next step is to click on the tab ‘view order history’ which will redirect to a next page displaying the current status of the booking made.

Checking the booking status through IVRS

The IVRS facility of Indane Gas is available 24x7 throughout the country. Customers can easily check the status of the booking through the IVRS facility. The IVRS facility is available in three languages and the customers can choose either the local language/Hindi/ English to proceed further and can also set it as the preferred language for future use. The documents required by Indane Gas at the time of booking a new connection are the basic KYC documents. Customers need to provide the following documents whether the application of the connection is through the distributor directly or through any of the online modes.
