FAQs on Indane Gas Customer Care

1. What are some safety measures to follow when you are receiving a LPG cylinder refill?

While you receive your LPG refill, you should be prudent and check a few things before sending off the delivery man. These are some simple checks you can do at the time of receipt of your refill cylinder:

  • Check the cylinder seal to make sure that it is not tampered with
  • Look for the protection cap. It is not meant to have any flaws
  • Remove the protection cap and test the leakage from the pipe. Usually, in the event of any leakage from the Cylinder valve, the safety cap will pop off at the time of removal. This can be further confirmed by putting the thumb on the cylinder handle.
  • Have the delivery man attach the fresh cylinder to the hotplate to make sure there is no leakage.
  • Pay the cash and accept the second copy of the cash memo / refill voucher.
