Benefits of e-SV Initiative

e-SV initiative of Indane Gas is a scheme or a program that facilitates the consumers with the online booking, tracking and payment of Indane Gas LPG cylinders. This eliminates the need to personally visit the distributor for every query or request or for even a simple refill of the cylinder as and when required. The benefits of this program are highlighted below.

  • The program has given a huge boost to the digital transactions to be made via the online modes of booking a new connection or booking a refill. This virtually eliminates the chances or over pricing on part of the distributors and provides the consumers with the opportunity of immediate purchases.
  • E-SV also provides the consumers with the power of choice with regards to the type of connection that they prefer and any additional purchases that they would like to make (e.g. Hot Plate, Suraksha LPG Hose, etc.) instead of that being forced to purchase by the distributor.
  • E-SV being a completely digital platform provides the consumers with the better chance to monitor each aspect of the transaction right from booking to delivery via SMS or email which will help in reducing any time lags that were earlier involved in the process.
  • The program monitors every stage electronically of the new connection that is made, which reduces the time taken to release a new LPG connection to the consumer.
  • E-SV is also integrated with the multiple LPG gas portals that enable flagging any multiple connection request under the same name or address or even avoids the situations where multiple connections are already released which requires cancellation of the connection. This in turn increases efficiency and reduces unnecessary paperwork and efforts for the distributors and consumers alike.
  • E-SV benefits the consumers with an easy online application process thereby negating the need to visit the distributor’s showroom. This provides the consumers with the much needed flexibility. The consumers also do not have to visit the distributor for the original Subscription voucher as that is also sent to the customer directly at his/her residence along with the equipment that is requested.
  • With all the information relating to a LPG Gas connection available online, the consumer is left better informed and empowered to make better and quicker decisions.
