Step 1: The first step is to visit the website of the health insurer. Navigate to the health insurance section and select your preferred plan.

Step 2: Fill up the policy proposal form. You can download the form, fill it offline, and upload it. Alternatively, you can fill it online directly. Provide the required information – name and age of the members covered, required coverage, add-on riders if needed, etc.
