  • Visit the Union Bank of India website and press the ‘Self User Creation Option.
  • On the next page, select either the ‘Online Self User Creation – Retail users having Debit Card’ option or the ‘Online Self User Creation (View Facility Only) – Retail users without Debit Card’ option. & .press ‘Continue’.
  • On the next page, mention the required details like account number, date of birth, Permanent Account Number (PAN), and verification code & press the continue button once you enter the details.
  • You should type in the required debit card details and PIN. The next step is to enter any of your past five transactions and the type of transaction.
  • Nextly, agree to the terms of use and press the ‘Submit’ button.
  • After completing the above steps, OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Type the OTP & give the ‘Submit’ option.
  • On the next page, you will see the User ID & name on the screen & press the ‘Continue’ option.
  • You need to create the login password and transaction password. Enter both the password twice & give ‘Submit’ to generate the passwords.
  • It takes 24 hours for the validation process & activation of UBI internet banking.
  • Post-registration, you will get a confirmation message. After 48 hours, you can log in using the user ID and password.

How To Do Fund Transfer Using The UBI Net Banking?

  • Visit the Union Bank of India website.
  • If you are a retail user, Press the ‘Retail Login’ option. For a business account, select the ‘Corporate Login’ option.
  • The next step is to type the user ID and password & press the ‘Login’ option.
  • On the next page, Press the ‘Transfers’ option.
  • Next, you should select the payment type that you prefer. Select either the ‘IMPS (24X7 Instant Payment)’ or ‘NEFT/RTGS (Other BANK)’ option.
  • Under the ‘Select Your option’ tab, click on the ‘Fund transfer using account number and IFSC option.

Transactions Limits Under UBI Net Banking

To use the NEFT service, the Union Bank of India customers should mention the details like the Indian Financial System Code (IFSC)of the UBI branch to which the fund is to be transferred, and the name and account number of the beneficiary. You can transfer funds through the NEFT on weekdays between 8 a.m to 6:30 p.m. and from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays. Transferring funds using the NEFT is not available on Sundays. But you can access the IMPS on Sundays. If you want to transfer bulk funds, you should process them before 6 p.m. The beneficiary will get the funds on the same or the next day.

NEFT charges:

1. For the transaction amount up to Rs.10,000, the transaction fee is Rs.2.50 plus taxes.

2. For the transaction above Rs.10,000 but below Rs.1 lakh, the fee is Rs. 5 + taxes.

3. For the transaction above Rs.1 lakh but below Rs.2 lakh, the transaction fee is Rs. 15 + taxes.

4. For the transaction above Rs 2 lakh, the transaction fee is Rs 25 + taxes.
