The customers can collect a complaint form from any branch. They can also log on to the official website of the bank and download the form under the section ‘Complaints’. While submitting the form to the branch manager, the customer should remember to get an acknowledgement receipt for his/her reference.
Punjab National Bank also has a handwritten complaint book that is available at all branches. The customer needs to contact the branch manager, record his/her grievances therein and obtain an acknowledgement receipt.

Complaints received through any channel, i.e. email, telephone, in person or by post must be handled efficiently and swiftly.
