Grievance Redressal Procedure

Step 1:

If after submitting the request online, you are not satisfied with the responses then you can contact the regional nodal officer for your redressals. In almost all the branches there is a specified person to act as Nodal Officer.

Step 2

If your complaint or grievance with us has not been solved by the Regional Nodal officer, you can contact the Chief Grievance Redressal Office of Customer Grievances at Central Bank of India officer, Mumbai. You can contact either through writing a letter or by a call.

Step 3:

If you are in need to further escalate the grievance, then they can contact Principal Nodal Officer of Customer Service and Grievances which is the General Manager of Operations either through posting an application, by phone call, fax and an email.

Step 4:

If you still need to escalate your grievance through internal procedure, then you can contact the Chairman and Managing Director of the Central Bank of India. The customers will get a response within 30 days. Post this time period, you can contact the Banking Ombudsman under the RBI.
