A customer, if not satisfied with services of the branch or has a grievance can lodge a complaint in person at the branch by submitting a written letter to the Branch Manager and can obtain an acknowledgement. There is also a complaint box that is present in the Branch; the customer can drop his/her complaint in the same.
The first step is that the customer can lodge a complaint through the website, on the phone, in person, by email or by post.
If the customer logs a complaint from the internet, the Branch Manager needs to revert to the same in 7 days from the date of receipt.
If the complaint is not solved satisfactorily, it will be escalated to the respective zonal office. The zonal office has 4 days to revert on the same or else the query gets escalated to the circle office.
The circle office will try to resolve this query also in 4 working days of receiving the query. If the query or complaint is not resolved to the customer’s satisfaction, the next step is that the same will get escalated to the Head Office.
The Head Office will take up the complaint on priority and solve it in 6 days of its receipt. All efforts will be made to resolve complaint within 21 days of receipt.
In case the customers are not satisfied with the handling of the complaint, the last resort is to contact the Assistant General Manager, Strategic Planning & GAD, Head Office at the following contact details:

Any person aggrieved by the decision taken by the Bank may Appeal to Banking Ombudsman RBI, under whose jurisdiction the Branch operates, within 30 days of the date of receipt of communication of decision of the Bank.
